Thirsk Decorating Centre – A Proud History of Quality and Innovation

Since opening its doors in Back Lane, Sowerby in 1965, Thirsk Decorating Centre has come a long way. Originally focused on manufacturing and supplying woodfinishing products to woodworkers around the globe, the business has evolved significantly over the decades.

Owned and operated by the Etherington family since 1980, the company has steadily grown, continually expanding its product offering and upgrading its services to meet the changing needs of customers. In 2007, we introduced Farrow & Ball paint to our range—an important milestone that marked the beginning of a strong focus on premium decorating products. Today, we proudly stock many of the industry’s leading brands.
